Order Cancellations

FOR ORDERS CONTAINING ONLY "IN-STOCK" ITEMS:
Order cancellations for in-stock items can be placed 24 hours after it is placed. Use the contact form and input subject "Order Cancellation". Response time is 24 - 48 hours. No exceptions will be made after the 24 hour deadline.

FOR ORDERS CONTAINING PREORDER ITEMS:
Preorders cannot be cancelled and are only subject to a refund if the item is not reached funding after the deadline. 

Returns & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted.

Taxes, Customs and Fees

In the event that taxes and customs fees are applicable, it is the buyer's responsibility to cover those fees. Taxes and customs are out of the company's control and are required by your country's laws.

**For EU / UK buyers, the buyer is responsible for paying any additional fees due to the new implemented VAT laws.**

Policy on Lost, Returned or Damaged Items

No refunds or exchanges are offered on lost, returned, or damaged items. Please check with your local post office to ensure your order is not being held for duties and customs reasons. 

YLIM co. may file a claim with the postal system regarding a lost or damaged package ONLY IF your package was purchased with a tracking number.

** YLIM co. is unable to make a claim if the package does not include a tracking.

For any case of incorrect address, the package will be returned to the company and an email will be sent to inform on the actions moving forward. The buyer must cover the shipping fee if buyer requests to reship the order. No refunds will be applicable.
